The forecast called for a 4.5 foot swell at 8 second intervals. The origin of the swell was a tropical low located just off the lower Texas coastline. As luck would have it that forecast never materialized. Regardless of the forecast everyone made the most of the smaller waves wrapping around the jetty. In Texas our surf is typically small to flat in the summer so we tend to make the most of any swell. Here are some clips I took after I got out of the water. Enjoy!
